Terms of Service

Narbo is operated by StellonLabs and provides tools for configuring and operating AI phone agents, handling calls, and organizing call-related information. Features may be introduced, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use Narbo on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account access, and all activity under your account. Notify us through Support if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Use Narbo only for lawful business purposes and follow applicable telemarketing, privacy, consumer-protection, recording, and telecommunications laws.
• Provide callers with legally required disclosures and obtain legally required consents, including for AI participation, call transcription, or recording.
• Ensure agent instructions, business information, and communications are accurate and do not mislead, impersonate, harass, discriminate, or coerce.
• Do not use Narbo for emergency services, high-risk decisions, illegal activity, spam, fraud, security abuse, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or access another user’s data.

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit to Narbo. You grant StellonLabs a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and instruct us to process it.

AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected responses. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your agent before publishing it, maintaining accurate business information, monitoring its use, and deciding whether output is suitable for your purpose. Narbo is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Narbo relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, communications, telephony, AI processing, infrastructure, and analytics. Your use of connected third-party services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Some features may be offered without charge during a promotional or evaluation period. We may introduce or change pricing with notice before new charges apply. Telecommunications availability, phone numbers, call quality, and usage limits may depend on third-party networks and your location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may stop using Narbo at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions.

Narbo, including its software, designs, trademarks, and service content other than your content, is owned by StellonLabs or its licensors. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Narbo or its underlying technology.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narbo is provided “as is” and “as available.” StellonLabs disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StellonLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from Narbo. StellonLabs’ aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Narbo during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
