Privacy Policy
This policy explains how StellonLabs collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Narbo.
Effective August 27, 2026
1. Who we are
StellonLabs (“StellonLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Narbo, a service that helps businesses configure and operate AI phone agents, review call outcomes, and organize follow-up work.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
- Business and agent information: business names, services, operating details, agent instructions, phone-number configuration, and other information you provide to configure the service.
- Call and lead information: caller phone numbers, names or other details provided during a call, call timing and duration, transcripts, summaries, outcomes, and follow-up details. Live audio is processed to provide the call experience; Narbo’s application stores call transcripts and related records.
- Support communications: requests, messages, and related information you send to our support team.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, interactions, session-replay data, browser and device information, IP-derived information, diagnostic events, and similar service analytics. Sensitive text fields are masked or excluded where configured.
- Information from sign-in providers: if you choose Google or Facebook Login, we receive the identifiers and profile information you authorize that provider to share, such as your name and email address. We do not receive your provider password.
- Connected calendar information: if a workspace connects Google Calendar, we receive the connected account email, authorization credentials, free and busy time ranges, appointment details, and Google event identifiers needed to check availability and create appointments. We do not use calendar event contents for advertising.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Narbo.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts and workspaces.
- Configure AI phone agents, process calls, create transcripts and summaries, and organize leads and follow-ups.
- Check connected calendar availability and create appointments when an authorized workspace enables that feature.
- Send service messages, call alerts, and respond to support requests.
- Monitor reliability, prevent fraud or misuse, debug problems, and understand product usage.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, callers, StellonLabs, and others.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including with:
- Service providers: infrastructure, database and authentication, communications, AI processing, telephony, email delivery, analytics, security, and customer-support providers that process information for us.
- Your workspace: authorized members of the same Narbo workspace may access business configurations, leads, call details, and transcripts according to their access.
- Legal and safety recipients: authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Transaction recipients: parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. Calls and notices
Businesses using Narbo are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for their calls, including notices about AI participation, transcription, or recording where applicable. Callers should not provide sensitive information that is not needed for the purpose of the call.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and account status. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account information in Narbo, disconnect Google Calendar from the Calendar page, disconnect a sign-in provider through that provider, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes Narbo’s stored connection but does not delete appointments already created in Google Calendar. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. See our Data Deletion Instructions to submit a request.
9. International processing
Narbo and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
Narbo is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through account registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, submit a support request so we can investigate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Narbo changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required.
12. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, sign in to Narbo and use Support. If you cannot access your account, use the account-access options on the Narbo sign-in page and include “Privacy request” in your support message once access is restored.
