Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Narbo account and the personal information associated with it.
Effective August 27, 2026
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the Narbo account you want deleted.
- Open Support from the application.
- Submit a request with the subject “Delete my account.” State whether you want the entire account deleted or only data obtained through Facebook Login.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other authentication secrets.
Facebook Login data
You can also remove Narbo from your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing access stops future Facebook data sharing. To delete information already held by Narbo, submit the deletion request described above and specify “Facebook Login data.”
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify information associated with the account, including where applicable:
- Account profile and authentication links, including Facebook identifiers held by Narbo.
- Business configurations and AI agent instructions owned only by that account.
- Leads, call records, transcripts, and related workspace content when the requester is authorized to delete the workspace data.
- Connected-calendar credentials, connection details, and Narbo appointment records. Appointments already created in Google Calendar must be removed from Google Calendar separately.
- Support and product records that are no longer needed for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
Timing and exceptions
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer when required by law, needed to prevent fraud or security abuse, necessary to resolve disputes, or contained in backups that are overwritten on a limited schedule. If an account belongs to a shared workspace, we may preserve organization-owned records while removing the requester’s personal profile and access.
Before you request deletion
Deletion may permanently remove access to agents, phone-number configuration, leads, call transcripts, and workspace history. Export or preserve anything you are legally entitled to keep before submitting the request.
